We carefully select limestone based on brightness, purity, and consistency, sourcing only from quarries that hold the required government certifications and permits. Selected limestone is then responsibly extracted and prepared for processing, giving us greater control over the quality and origin of our raw materials from the very beginning.
Large limestone blocks are transported to our manufacturing facility, where they are sorted by grade, crushed, and progressively ground into fine Calcium Carbonate powder. Our production process is carefully managed to achieve the required particle size, brightness, and moisture content for each product grade.
Quality is monitored throughout production. Samples are taken every hour and tested against the specifications of each respective product grade, including particle size, brightness, and moisture content. Every order is also accompanied by a Certificate of Quality, providing the product analysis and specifications for your shipment.
Before packaging, pallets are checked for moisture content. Each pallet unit is carefully blown to remove residual dust, then weighed and securely wrapped to protect the product during handling and transportation.
