Our calcium carbonate products are exclusively sourced from high quality limestone quarries under our control. Our team of experienced geologists are constantly surveying for new quarry sources which meet our standards. Our quarries and reserves are located in Central and East Java, not far from factory. The main quarry occupies a 10 ha site in Tuban, East Java, close to the Java Sea and major traffic nodes for easy transportation.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>[vc_empty_space height=”30px”][\/vc_column][vc_column offset=”vc_col-md-4″]

After the raw material is extracted and sorted in the quarry, it is immediately transported to our factory nearby where it is sorted once more before going through the primary crushing process. The packaging used for our products is subject to periodic evaluation by our quality control department, while the weighing machine itself is checked quarterly by a meteorology institution, to keep it accurately calibrated. In order for customers to receive our products promptly and efficiently, we work with a number of providers to ship our products all over the world.
