From the selection process of a high quality quarry to on-time product delivery, our entire production process is vertically integrated for tight quality control and efficiency. All the equipment and processes in our works meet the highest quality requirements.
Our calcium carbonate products are exclusively sourced from high quality limestone quarries under our control. Our team of experienced geologists are constantly surveying for new quarry sources which meet our standards. Our quarries and reserves are located in Central and East Java, not far from factory. The main quarry occupies a 10 ha site in Tuban, East Java, close to the Java Sea and major traffic nodes for easy transportation.
After the raw material is extracted and sorted in the quarry, it is immediately transported to our factory nearby where it is sorted once more before going through the primary crushing process. Each step of this fully-computerized production process is monitored by highly sensitive sensors imbedded in the production process as well as by skilled technicians.
Our rigorous standards extend to our packaging and delivery protocols, which are designed to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and in good condition. The packaging used for our products is subject to periodic evaluation by our quality control department, while the weighing machine itself is checked quarterly by a meteorology institution, to keep it accurately calibrated. In order for customers to receive our products promptly and efficiently, we work with a number of providers to ship our products all over the world.
